At the beginning of each project, our Project Manager meets with a new partner and follows our proven process for obtaining all information in the beginning. Reduction/Elimination of surprises is the key. We document the entire process and work with each partner to develop clear and concise deliverables and due dates. Statement of Work, Change Control Documents, Project Plans and formal Sign-Offs by both parties are just some of the tools we utilize to ensure a smooth and accurate implementation.
Communication at each step occurs by phone, email, and when applicable on-site reviews. Internally, Project Managers work hand-in-hand with the IT Department to ensure deliverables meet original requirements. With open lines of communication, we not only follow the original specifications, but also provide recommendations to improve the process and specifications.
We understand that many partners do not have the expertise in the document composition and delivery business. This is why the Project Manager may bring in a representative from our DesignHOUSE division to aid in layout, placement, and overall document flow.
