A national electric co-op came to PDS with a problem where they needed to merge a static file with a variable information file, resulting in a full-color two sheet statement where the static file information is nested as an insert. In addition, all statements were to be available through our online statement tool, e-Present. Many additional variables existed and through onsite design meetings and several conference calls, PDS was able to deliver Print and eStatements on-time and to spec! eApprove is a quick tool to view any document online with the ability to either accept, reject, and comment on the sample document. Our partners are notified when a sample is ready to be viewed via email. By accessing the URL and upon being verified, a PDF of the document is presented for viewing. If approved, the process is automatically initiated and if rejected, Pinnacle Data Systems is notified immediately.
